Care Share is excited to unveil our newly designed website! Visit the website at www.caresharehealth.org/. We wanted to make our new online home brighter, easier to navigate, more user-friendly, and mobile friendly by clearly describing the work of Care Share and who we are as an organization. Key features of the new design include:
- An Interactive Map highlights each Collaborative Network and includes details like contact information.
- A Searchable Resource section that includes best practices, shared forms, and webinar presentations.
- A News section that will keep you posted on the latest hot topics. We can also share your important news too!
- An Events Calendar where we will post information about upcoming meetings, events, webinars, conferences, and more. Check it often!
