Opportunities at Care Share
Internships at Care Share Health Alliance are designed to mentor and embolden the next generation of healthcare leaders. We aim to create an environment of institutional support, structural empathy, and systemic accountability for students pursuing experiences that are transferable to their endeavors in the health professions.
We collaborate with educational institutions to interpret their policies, design new approaches, and optimize the internship experience for the benefit of our future healthcare leaders. Our team is committed to professional development, personal growth, and understanding the intersection of lived experience. We know that these elements can influence the ability and ease with which young professionals navigate entering the healthcare workforce and encourage our interns to explore how their lived experiences add value to the spaces they enter.
The culture of Care Share is one of constant learning, sharing, collaboration, and wellness promotion. Our organization supports growth through our shared experiences, safe and progressive spaces for discussion, and diverse inclusive relationships. We practice equity in every aspect of our work, both in systems and in communities.
