Community Engagement

Our Commitment to Communities

Care Share supports communities collaborating for health equity. We partner with community residents, community organizations, and state and national networks to address root causes of health inequities. We work to elevate community voice to improve conditions, practices, policies, and systems for health and well-being.

Centering Community Voice

We know that communities are the experts on what they need. That’s why Care Share puts community voice and the lived experiences of community members at the center of the conversation about what changes are needed to make systems more equitable for them.

Community Led Systems Change

Care Share helps community organizations build capacity, create connections for collaboration and utilize local resources to make the changes they want to see in the systems affecting them.
