Care Share Health Alliance is pleased to welcome two new team members who will fill vital roles as the organization continues its work to advance health equity and improve access to care for communities across North Carolina.
Jalah Blackmon joins Care Share as Director of the NC Public Benefits Collective. In this role, she will support the Public Benefits Collective, working with partners to strengthen access to public benefits and advance collaborative solutions that support individuals and families across North Carolina.
Mrs. Blackmon may be a familiar face to many in the Care Share community. She previously served with the organization and brings valuable experience and knowledge of Care Share’s work and partners. We are excited to welcome her back to the team in this new leadership role.
Ashley Traynum joins Care Share as our new Communications Lead. Ashley brings extensive experience in strategic communications, public affairs, and community engagement. Most recently, she served as Public Affairs and Outreach Manager with Leidos, where she led communications and outreach efforts supporting federal programs and initiatives.
“I’m thrilled to welcome Ashley and Jalah to the Care Share Health Alliance team. Both bring exactly the kind of talent, heart, and drive we need as we grow our work across North Carolina. I can’t wait for our partners and communities to get to know them, and to work alongside them as we build a more innovative, collaborative approach to public benefits,” said Executive Director Katie Warner Spears.
Please join us in welcoming Jalah and Ashley to their new roles at Care Share Health Alliance!
