Interested in Serving? Care Share Seeks Prospective Board Members

Are you passionate about health equity and interested in using your skills, experience, and perspective to make a difference across North Carolina? 

Care Share is seeking individuals interested in serving on our Board of Directors. We invite prospective Board members to complete our Board Interest Form by October 28, 2026. 

Care Share’s mission is collaborating for health equity, and we envision communities that are healthy and committed to health equity for all. Our Board of Directors plays an important role in advancing that mission by helping guide the organization’s strategic direction, supporting its stewardship, and bringing valuable perspectives and expertise to our work. 

Who Are We Looking For? 

We are looking for individuals who share Care Share’s commitment to ensuring everyone has a fair and just opportunity for health. 

Currently, we are particularly interested in individuals who bring experience or expertise in: 

  • Business Development 
  • Financial Oversight 
  • Rural Perspectives 
  • Board Governance 

The Board currently meets quarterly and is a meaningful way to serve communities statewide.
