1:05 p.m. Question #1: How has COVID-19 impacted your organization and the communities you serve? What are you hearing and seeing on the ground? What seems to be the most pressing need at this time?
1:15 p.m. Question #2: In what ways are you promoting the ACA Special Enrollment Period? Are there resources you can share with other coalition partners?
1:25 p.m. Question #3: Please describe the technologies you’re using to provide remote application assistance, your consent procedures when using these technologies, and any extra precautions you’re taking to protect Personally Identifiable Information.
1:35 p.m. Question #4: As you think about some of the changes your organization has had to make as a result of the pandemic, is there anything you hope to maintain post-COVID? If so, what is it and why?
