Our Mission
Care Share Health Alliance’s (Care Share) mission is collaborating for health equity, and we envision communities that are healthy and committed to health equity for all. We believe that everyone should have a fair and just opportunity for health.

Interested in Serving?
Are you interested in using your experience, skills, and perspective to help advance health equity across North Carolina?
Care Share is seeking individuals interested in serving on our Board of Directors. Board service offers an opportunity to help guide the strategic direction of the organization.

Serving on the Care Share Board is a meaningful commitment. Board members are expected to actively participate in the governance and stewardship of the organization and contribute their time, expertise, and networks to support Care Share’s mission. The Board currently meets at least quarterly.

Responsibilities and expectations of Board members are outlined in this document.

Care Share is particularly interested in individuals who are committed to health equity and bring experience or expertise in areas including:

Business Development
Financial Oversight
Rural Perspectives
Board Governance
